How do I start?
- Come in to Lounja or submit your registration information online (Download Registration page)
- Pre-pay your order at Lounja or online via a Pay-Pal invoice issued after placing your order
- That’s it! Now you’re ready to start enjoying conveniently a healthier life-style!
Is there a registration fee or are there any minimum days to order?
At Lounja there are no commitments, no minimum days to order, & no subscription fees. Registering your information is necessary to deliver your meals properly & promptly.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is already included in the price for each meal, no additional cost or hidden fees included.
Can I place an order in the middle of the week?
Yes, you can place an order for the following day, or week any day of the week
What methods of payment do you accept?
- We are very flexible with payment methods but require ALL ORDERS to be paid in advance.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, & American Express (3% fee is added for American Express Cards).
- We also accept cash, personal or business checks.
- Orders via the internet are taken thru Pay-pal & must be completed 2 days before cut-off time (Friday 12PM).
What do Lounja’s meals include?
Lounja provides a portion-controlled lunch that consists of an appetizer, a main course, a side dish & a dessert. Each dish is packed individually, & all nutritional information is shown at the top of each container.
What health guidelines does Lounja follow?
Our regular & vegetarian plans are low in fat, low in sodium & low in cholesterol. Our chefs prepare your fresh & healthy meals daily & follow the American Heart Association, the American Dietetics Association & USDA Food Pyramid guidelines.
I’m in weight watchers ®, Can I follow my plan with Lounja meals?
Definitely! Each one of our portion controlled dishes is packed independently & amongst the nutritional information at the top, you can also see the weight watchers ® points for each dish.

Do you use any type of artificial sweetener?
Yes, our desserts use the low-calorie artificial sweetener Splenda ® that contains sucralose.
Are the plastic containers microwave-safe & recyclable?
All Plastic containers are microwavable, & they are made of recyclable plastic type 2 & 5.
