Lounja’s full service tapas packages start for a minimum of 10 guests. Listed below is a description of our preliminary full service tapas packages.
Service Description
- Our staffed service begins with 1 chef, 1 waiter/waitress & an event manager.
- 2-4 hours of setup time prior to event show time
- 4 hours of professional waiting service
- dinning materials (modern porcelain or disposable tapas plates, utensils & napkins)
- serving materials (platters, stylish treys & serving utensils)
- luxury display station of your choice
- area rearrangement & setup of food stations or prep area
- breakdown & meticulous clean up of work area
* 1 prep-chef is required for any event with more than 10 guests, then 1 more for every additional 20 guests.
* 1 additional waiter/waitress is required for every additional 10-15 guest.

- delivery & setup of designated food station with requested/rented materials (i.e. linens, food warmers, display stations, etc…)

- pickup of all materials at scheduled time frame
